Delivery and Dispatch Information

Dispatch Notes

  • Orders received before 1pm, Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day*, subject to stock availability.
  • Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the next working day*. Subject to stock availability.
  • International orders are subject to the country’s importation regulations. VIP will not accept liability should the goods fail to clear customs for any reason.
  • Any dates specified by VIP for delivery of the Goods are intended to be an estimate and time for delivery shall not be made of the essence by notice. If no dates are so specified, delivery shall be within a reasonable time.

*Excluding Bank Holidays and peak seasonal times i.e.) Christmas, New Year, Easter and subject to opening times.

UK Mainland Orders

  • Orders over £19.00 - Express Courier* = Free
  • Orders under £19.00 - Royal Mail (2 - 5 working days) = £2.20
  • Express Courier* is an estimated 24 hr next working day service subject to the courier's terms of service.
  • Express Courier* requires a signature upon delivery.
  • Express Courier* delivery times are 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday (Excludes Public Holidays or Bank Holidays).
  • Orders collected by Express Courier* on a Friday are delivered Monday.
  • The Royal Mail terms and conditions state to allow 10 working days to lapse before reporting an item as undelivered or lost.
  • UK Mainland Express Courier* deliveries are subject to restrictions. See below:

Uk Mainland* - Express Courier Services excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, UK islands and the following excluded post codes: AB30 to AB38, AB44 to AB56, AB83, BT, G50, G83, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27, KA28, KW0 to KW99, PA20 to PA99, PH17 to PH99, PO30 to PO41, TR21 to TR25, TR37, ZE.

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Outer Mainland Zones and UK Islands

  • Orders over £19.00 - Express Courier* (1-3 working days) = Free
  • Orders under £19.00 - Royal Mail (3-6 working days) = £2.20

*Express Courier requires a signature upon delivery.

  • The Royal Mail terms and conditions state to allow 10 working days to lapse before reporting an item as undelivered or lost.

International Orders

  • Ireland and Mainland Europe - International Signed for Service (minimum 3-6 working days) = £10.00
  • Worldwide - International Signed for Service (minimum 7 working days) = £10.00
  • We are unable to provide an exact time scale for delivery as this will depend on the postal network in your country.
  • Please allow up to 30 days for delivery before reporting an item as missing.
  • Orders will require a signature upon delivery.

Groupon Orders

  • UK Mainland, Ireland and UK Islands - Tracked Royal Mail = cost as per Groupon terms.
  • Worldwide - International Signed for Service = cost as per Groupon terms + £10.00 surcharge
  • Groupon orders are subject to a 48 hours fraud screening check carried out by Groupon. Groupon will only provide us with customer's details after the screening check has been completed.
  • Once the screening check has been completed, Groupon orders will take up to 7 working days to deliver subject to the Royal Mail's terms of service.
  • Groupon offers are sent by Tracked Royal Mail and not Next Day Courier.
  • Orders dispatched to an incorrect address supplied by the customer will be subject to a £10.00 surcharge to resend the order.

Customer Notice

  • It is the obligation of the Customer to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched.

  • For prompt delivery and to prevent your item from going astray, please ensure you have provided the correct shipping address. If an order is dispatched to an incorrect shipping address based on the information supplied by a Customer, then a surcharge of £10.00 will be imposed to resend the order.   • Any dates specified by the Company for delivery of the Goods are intended to be an estimate and time for delivery shall not be made of the essence by notice. If no dates are so specified, delivery shall be within a reasonable time.

  • The Company shall not be liable for any non-delivery of Goods (even if caused by the Company's negligence) unless the Buyer gives written notice to the Company of the non-delivery within seven days of the date when the Goods would in the ordinary course of events have been received.

  • Any liability of the Company for non-delivery of the Goods shall be limited to replacing the Goods within a reasonable time or issuing a credit note against any invoice raised for such Goods.

  • The term Delivery includes the handling, packaging and the cost of delivery. Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the type of postal service available.

  • Placing an order by phone or online is the User's Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Delivery terms and additional Terms and Conditions of service.
